Synaesthesia is when your senses get confused - You smell what you feel or taste what you see. In this piece, the sense of sound is replaced by the sense of sight, and you see what you hear. This piece was inspired by the process of creating music. In it I try to sense what my music would look like. This is one of the two works used in my Dance of Electricity animation.

This piece was created using Photoshop Elements. The background was created using two separate photographs, one of a stone wall and one of water. I overlaid several gradients, integrated in separate layers to create the color effect. I then used several Photoshop brushes to draw the face and two octopuses.
